Founded in 2003, UBN Property Company Plc (UPCP) is an associate of Union Bank of Nigeria Plc, dedicated to delivering end-to-end real estate solutions. From property development and sales to management and consultancy, we provide services that combine financial strength, technical expertise, and a legacy of trust.
Listed as a public company since 2016 with an authorised share capital of ₦6 billion, we have successfully developed, sold, and managed multiple residential and commercial projects across Lagos and Nigeria’s prime locations.

20+ years of a remarkable journey
2003
UBN Property Company Plc was incorporated on 24th March 2003 and commenced business operations on 1st November 2003 as an associate of Union Bank of Nigeria Plc.
2004
Early Operations
Began with a focus on management, agency, and consultancy services in real estate, including property acquisition, leasing, administration, and redevelopment projects.
2010
Expansion into Residential Projects
Launched and delivered multiple residential developments in Lagos, positioning the company as a trusted developer in Nigeria’s property market.
2016
Public Company Status
UBN Property became a public company in February 2016 with an authorised share capital of ₦6 billion, unlocking greater capacity for large-scale real estate investments.
2021
Delivered The Meadow – 19-unit luxury waterfront residential estate in Parkview Extension, Ikoyi.
Completed several landmark redevelopment projects in Ikoyi and Osborne Foreshore.
Expanded into commercial property management across Victoria Island and Surulere.
2023
Strengthening Facility & Estate Management
Began overseeing multiple high-profile properties, including office complexes on Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria Island and the UBN Sports Club Complex, Surulere.
2025
Future-Focused Growth
Currently developing Vatten View Apartments in Lekki Phase 1, a premium lagoon-view residential project, set for delivery by November 2025.
