Selling a Property
How do I determine my property's value?
We recommend property valuation to provide real-time value for the subject property, considering the location, proprietary interest subsisting, the legal characteristic(s) of the same property and the prevailing market conditions.
How long does the selling process take?
Depends on market demand for the type of property which in itself is influenced by location, type, quality of construction (if a building), documentation of the property (what type of title), the pricing (reasonable or not) and several other factors which all combine to determine how quickly buyers get attracted to the property. At UPCP, more often than not, we consummate sales transactions before the set timeframe.
Renting a Property
What are the rental requirements?
Our rental requirements include potential tenant credit worthiness, ability to pay initial and subsequent rent as and when due, tenant mix, compliance with regulatory provisions, use of the property in conformity to tenancy agreement, ability to co-habit with other tenants in the case of multi-tenanted property etc.
