With a string educational foundation, including a Bachelor’s degree in Guidance & Counselling from the University of Lagos and a Master’s degree in International Human Resources Management from the University of Bedfordshire, she is well equipped to drive HR excellence.
A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Damilola’s competencies span across Talent Management, Change Management, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Policy Development, Employee welfare, Learning and Development and Project Management amongst other strategic functions.
