With over 10 years of experience in real estate, Shamsideen is a seasoned professional driving portfolio excellence at UBN Property Company Plc. He joined the company in May 2022 as an Estate Manager and has been delivering exceptional results. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management and Valuation, Federal University of Technology Minna, Niger State (2011) and a Master’s degree in Estate Management, University of Lagos (2022).

He was the Head of Operations, SAM EBOIGBE & Co., Estate Surveyors and Valuers (2014-2022) and rose to the position of Associate Partner, SAM EBOIGBE & Co. He also trained as Estate Officer at Osas & Oseji, Boye Komolafe & Co., Estate Surveyors and Valuers in 2007 to 2009 and Citystars Properties Company in the year 2006.

Shamsideen is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANISV) (2020) and a member of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) (2022)
