Dr Kayode Oluwi is a seasoned Nigeran banking and financial professional with over 20 years of industry experience. He is well known for his leadership in financial management and currently the Ag MD of UBN Property Company Plc.

He is a chartered Economists, a Chartered Project manager and a Chartered Facility Manager. He has a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree (DVM) and MBA from the university of Maiduguri. He is also an Alumni of the Lagos Business school

He built his career at leading financial institutions like Standard Trust bank, United Bank for Africa, Oceanic Bank, Ecobank and Union bank. At Union Bank, he headed the Facilities and Premises team which covered more than 200 bank Outlets.

Dr Oluwi Specializes in Organizational development, Operational excellence, Cost management, Investor relations, Government reporting, Team building, Facility & Project management. He is an associate member of the institute of chartered Economists of Nigeria, an Associate member of industrialist and corporate Administrators of Nigeria, an associate member of the institute of Business Technology Management of Nigeria an Associate member of the Global institute of Project management amongst others
